Well to add insult to injury to people who purchased the Mass Effect Pinnacle Station DLC are receiving marketing emails from Xbox Live trying to sell them the new content. This is really a slap to us who can’t play it because they have the Platinum Hits Edition of Mass Effect Come on Microsoft, you use my gamertag to send the message and so your *should* already know that I purchased the damned content, why the heck are you bothering me with it??
Does anybody at Xbox Live even look at their own forums to see that there is an issue with the content?? Somebody needs to walk over to Xbox Live and use a Clue by 4 to wake them up to their crappy customer support.
